Key Programs & Initiatives
1. Rescue Operations
ACAP conducts rescue missions to save animals from situations of abuse, neglect, and accidents. These operations are carried out by trained volunteers and veterinarians who provide immediate medical attention and transport to shelters.
2. Shelter & Rehabilitation
The organization maintains shelters that serve as safe havens for rescued animals. These facilities offer rehabilitation services, including medical care, nutrition, and socialization, to prepare animals for adoption or release.
3. Feeding Programs
Recognizing the plight of stray animals, ACAP organizes feeding programs to provide sustenance to homeless animals, especially during harsh weather conditions.
4. Medical Assistance
ACAP offers veterinary services, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and treatment for injuries and illnesses. These services are crucial in controlling the stray animal population and ensuring the health of animals in their care.
5. Public Awareness Campaigns
To foster a compassionate society, ACAP conducts educational programs in schools, communities, and through media outreach. These campaigns focus on responsible pet ownership, the importance of animal welfare laws, and the ethical treatment of animals.
